Gentle, safe and suitable for beginners and the experienced.
The sound meditation is led by Eva, graduate organizer of wellness activities and mentor for inner peace, clarity and balance.
Eva leads sound meditations with more than five years of experience. Her meditation combines the sound of the voice, Tibetan bowls and a tongue drum, gently guiding participants into deep relaxation.
Her method is inclusive, calming and suitable for all levels of experience, as the goal is to create a safe, warm space where every participant can release tension, listen to their body and do something good for themselves.
She wants to make meditation accessible to everyone: to break myths, show how to start and above all provide the experience of a safe space for relaxation.

How does guided meditation work?
- 1.A short introduction and explanation of why and how to meditate
- 2.Guided meditation with a Tibetan bowl and tongue drum (30-45 min)
- 3.A short silence and space for inner experience
- 4.A closing reflection and an opportunity to share
Duration: usually 60 minutes (flexible)

What will a regular meditation practice bring you?
Less stress and better emotional stability
Deeper relaxation of body and muscles
Better focus and clarity of mind
A sense of connection and safety in the group
A space where you don't need to be perfect, productive or “in shape”. It's enough that you're present.
